A.Bean Dear Sir and Brother Your note of March 27th came to hand in due time and would have received an earlier answer had I not been sick at that time - In regard to the Hall note it would probably be difficult to enforce payment immediately. Have seen Jackson about the matter, he says it shall be paid as soon as possible Jack intends to start for Calafornia about the tenth of May, says the Old Man agrees to make payment on the note as fast as he can.
