51 To make Almond Cheese Cakes Take 1/2 a pound of Butter beat up to a cream the yolks of seven Eggs raw beat up thick and the yolks of five boild hard mix both Yolks together blended smoth put it into your butter put 1/2 a pound of sugar and 1/2 a pound of Almonds pounded with a little Orange flour water and two spoonfuls of Brandy put it into your patties with puff paste To make a Plumb Pudding Take the pith of a white twopenny loaf and a Quart of milk a Quart of flour twelve Eggs yolks & whites, a pound of brown sugar, a pound raison's, and one lb & 1/2 of currants half a pound of beef suet some citron and orange your spices are salt mace nutmeg cloves cinamon ginger and Brandy
