Little Rice Puddings 3 oz of rice, boiled in milk, 1/2 oz of suet, 3 eggs a little lemon peel, & a few sultana raisins & sweeten with white sugar; bake in cups well buttered in a slow oven 20 minutes & serve with lime sauce. Rice Pudding Meringues Swill gently 2 oz of rice in 3 gills of milk, let it cool a little, & stir to it 1 1/2 oz of butter 2 oz powdered sugar, a grain or two of salt, a few drops of ratafia, & the yolks of 3 eggs.
