Sift white sugar over these. Bake 2 hours in a slow oven. They should be a light brown. Do not put them in a hot place, but in a tin box, or they will be tough. If the egg is fresh 2 whites will be sufficient for a dish, the tin need not be buttered. N.B. The best place is to put them in an almost cold oven over night. Orange Jelly Put 1 1/2 oz of gelatine & 1/2 gill of cold water to stand for 10 minutes, then add a gill of boiling water, grate the peel of 6 oranges & 1 lemon
