Ground beef chuck 2 1/2# ground beef tenderloin 1/2 cup sweet cream 1 teasp salt. 1/2 " Black pepper 1 slightly beaten egg. 1/4 teasp monosodium glutamate Combine all the ingredients and shape into balls or patty Preheat broiler to 400 - Place broiler 4 or 5 inches below heat: Broil turning only once 5 min. - med. 7 min. Well done Broiled tomatoes Turn whole tomatoes stem down and cut crisscross on flower side. Brush with melted butter, broil same time as patties
