Pineapple Dessert 1/2 c chopped pineapple, 1/2 lb. cut up marshmallows. Mix together with a silver fork. Let stand 2 hrs. Mask with whipped cream, dotted with a few chopped cherries. Graham Cracker Cake Beat 1/2 c butter to a cream and gradually beat in 1 c granulated suger, then the beaten yolks of 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c sweet milk, 1 lb. Graham crackers rolled fine and sifted, then mixed with 2 slightly rd. tsp. B. P. and lastly the whites of 3 eggs beaten dry. Bake in layer cake pans about 25 min. Mocha Frosting Beat 1/2 lb butter to a cream, gradually beat in 2 c + 1/2 of sifted confectioners sugar and a sc. 1/4 c of very black coffee.
