18 Ground Rice Pudding mix three large spoonfuls of ground rice in a little cold milk--Stir it into a quart of boiling milk--Let it boil about fifteen minutes stirring all the while-- When cold add four eggs, a little lemon, sugar to the taste and bake it one hour. Line the dish with paste or not-- Huntington Pudding One quart of milk. Four tablespoonful flour Boil ten minutes-add four eggs beaten Put in dish-Put over it one coffee cup sugar--Set on ice several hours before eating
