Rice bakes for breakfast Put half a pound of rice in soak overnight, in the morning boil it very soft drain it from the water mix with it a quarter of a pound of butter let it cook, stir into it a quart of milk a very little salt beat six eggs sift half a pint of flour stir the egg and flour alternately in the rice and milk, beat the whole well together bake it on a griddle
