Dough nuts 1 cup sugar 4 table spoon butter 3 eggs 1 cup milk 3 " flour salt + nutmeg 1 tesp soda 2 tesp cream tatar Cough syrup 2 lemons 1 cup sugar 1 pt water 2 sticks liquice Boil untill thick till about 1/2 pt. 2 cup B. sugar 1/4 " Boiling water 2 T. butter 1 cup nut meats Boil 5 min, take from fire and beat 1 min drop by spoonsfull on wax paper
