19 Cream Puffs. 1/2 c. butter 1 c. boiling water 1/8 teas. salt 1 cup flour Cook till thick and then add 3 beaten eggs. Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven and fill when cold. Cottage Pudding. Good 1948 Sift to-gether {1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 teas. salt 2 teas b. powder Add: 1/2 c. milk 1 beaten egg 2 teas. melted shortening Add flavoring if desired. Bake 25 minutes and serve with sauce if preferred.
