Cat Soup Receipt Take one half bushel of ripe tomatos boil till soft, run through a seive, boild the pulb one hour - scum it well have ready 2 qts of good vinegar 3 cups of nice Suger boild and scimed - tie up in a book muslin cloth. 1 tablespoon of black pepper - one of cloves 2 - of cinamon all ground fine 1 pod of garlic put in pulb boil down nearly one half then add the vinegar and Sugar. 1 table spoon of Salt boil 15 minutes more then bottle
