57 Monday May 10th 1875. I walked to school and back today and after I came home did my own ironing besides working on my tidy. I was so tired tonight. John brought me a note from Billy Reed. Tuesday May 11th 1875. To school and back today, was busy every moment that I was at home either working on my tidy or sewing. I had two letters tonight one from Charlie and one from Cousin Anna. Wednesday May 12th 1875. To school and back today and was busy at work all the time I was at home from school I had an immense letter from home tonight. How I did enjoy it. I do feel so tired at night. I wish I dident have so much work to do. Thursday May 13th 1875. To school and back today, it looked like rain all day but dident make it out. Uncle and Willie went to McLean Co today. Maggie came home with me and stayed till nearly dark We had quite a nice visit with her. I worked on my tidy what time I had. Weather much pleasanter tonight.
