135. Saturday December 11th 1875. We were late with breakfast this morning As soon as I got the beds made I rode to to town with Father in the sleigh. I got some underwear for myself and Mother and a dark calico for myself. I walked home. I helped with the work till two oclock. Aunt Sarah was here for dinner. Uncle Will brought us a quarter of beef and some buck-wheat. I finished up four sheets in the afternoon and in the evening made Father and Ott both a pair of drawers Rob was in my room nearly two hours in the evening. Sunday December 12th 1875. It was late when we got up and it was actually twelve oclock when we got the work all done. After the dinner work was done Mother and Father took a ride out to Aunty Smiths. I practiced while they were gone. In the evening I attended church with Mr Fry. A pleasant forenoon but blew up cold at night. Monday December 13th 1875. I got an early start at the washing and got it all done before noon. After dinner I scrubbed the porch and did some other cleaning up. I
