Wednesday April 19- 1933
Birdie busy part of the day getting ready to go tomorrow. I did a little writing. Had letter from [Lora]?. Edith teacher the same school next year. Wrote Mrs.Falk.
Thursday April 20- 1933
Hattie Cora & Mildred McCollister came at 9 o'clock to take Birdie to [Berlington]?. Rob was here to help put
her things in the car. I slept most of the afternoon as I was busy all forenoon. Hattie stopped here at 4.30
when they got back from [Berlington}?. Elmer & Ida took us to the [illegible] church supper and business meeting
there was a play presented. Such a good social time
Friday April 21st- 1933
I cleaned a cupboard and did some other work in the forenoon. I was doing some writing in afternoon when Minnie Showers came. Later [Larra]? [Mohama]? was here till nearly six oclock. I did some writing in this book in evening. a letter to Ida as well.
Saturday April 22- 1933
I was busy about the house most of the forenoon. Had a good sleep after dinner and later rode to Oxford with Rob. Down stairs in the evening. Read in a book.
Sunday April 23- 1933
Mary took me to S Sr Church. I rode home with The [Andersons]?. I slept most of the afternoon. Every body gone from the house. Just as I had some supper ready Hattie came. She stayed till 9 o'clock and went home in a taxi. I was downstairs after that.
