Thursday August 15- 1933 I did some working and read the paper. Rob came for me ofter dinner I met Hattie at The [illegible] to see picture show. went after that to Dr ofice and home by Bus. Hattie here Till Rob went to supper. Rode with Mrs Gay [&]? Mrs [illegible] in evening Wednesday August 16- 1933 I did some ironing and read the paper I slept for two hours in oftermorn weather rather warm Mr Gay back from a [weeks]? trip William [&]? Mary here in evening. They start to drive to Idoho tomorrow letter from [Birdie]? Thursday August 17- 1933 I read some and wrote Birdie [&]? Kate Rowe I slept in oftermorn and cleared out refridgerator and got things ready to go home with celt. A hard shower in PM Friday August 18- 1933 I came back with celt after breakfast and read the paper. I was ready to go home with Rob at noon [Cora]? gone to Cedar Rapids with [Mildred]? [M]? In the ofternoon Hattie entertained her SS class so pleasant I rode down with The Andersons. [illegible] over home with celt. Saturday August 19- 1933 I was busy in forenoon. Went home with celt at dinner time. When I came back stopped up town got some material to fix a dress went to The Doctors office and walked home. celt came at 5 oclock. He had some gentlemen to play [croquet]? in the evening weather cool. wrote [Lorna]? [&]? Edith in AM
