Wednesday August 30- 1933 [Emma]? [Fellmar]? came this morning to make my new dress I fot things in to get meals She finished that and fixed the others. celt took me up town in PM to get some things needed. I stayed all night here at my rooms. Fine day. celt to Cedar Rapids in PM Thursday August 31- 1933 I cleaned up the house ofter the sewing. Did some sweing and made watermelon [illegible] celt had the men to play croquet in the evening I wrote letters to Hattie [illegible] [&]? [Emma]? [Herriott]? Friday September 1st 1933 I was busy with things about the place in forenoon stopped of town ofter dinner. Did errands and walked home. stopped at Dr. Smiths. a letter from Mrs [illegible] [brother]? in Chicago that she died at The [illegible] in July. Wrote [Lorna]? [&]? Edith letter from Hattie. Saturday September 2- 1933 The [Gardners]? finished moving out today. I stopped up town after dinner to get [linings]? for coat. It has been a tire-some day. Wrote [Birdie]? in evenings Sunday September 3rd- 1933 celt brought me over to the rooms. Mrs Gays and I worked at moving some of my things [illegible] with Mr Gays help. celt went to the [country]? and stopped to take me over. I rested on the bed most of PM Sue [illegible] of [Marshalltown]? called. Listend to Radio [later]?
