Friday October 20- 1933 I did some washing and got the [dinner]?/ Le Erand [&]? Celt was here to eat with me. I slept owhile in OM a letter from Hattie [&]? Birdie I wrote Birdie. I was in Mrs Larsons rooms in evening listening to radio obout homecoming Will [&]? Emily [Brewor]? at Celts. We buried Charles 38 years ago today Saturday October 21s 1933 I did some ironing. I did not feel very well in AM. But better ofter dinner I sat down stairs and listened to the broad cast of The game with [Wisconsen]?. Iowa won the game. a big crowd in town. I spent the evening at [Byringtons]?. William came for me. a letter from [Ada]? [Wone]? of [Loisville]? Sunday October 22- 1933 I slept late but was in time to go to SS [&]? church with celt. Slept [&]? read in ofternoon. I wrote Hattie in evening and took the letter to the box. Robert [Lellinm]? called in PM Will [&] Emily [Brewor]? and Roy [Chambrken]? there yesterday Monday October 23- 1933 Cora called early this morning to say a telegram from Hattie said she would be here at four oclock. she talked to me from the store and The [Byringtons]? went up to see her in evening I with them. Later wrote [Lorna]? [&]? [Winnie]? celt here for dinner Tuesday October 24- 1933 I was busy most of the forenoon. Rob [&]? Cora left for Chicago and Hattie was here till noon. After dinner I wrote [Louie]? [Bremmer]?. slept in PM. Mrs Gay and I went to The M E church in the evening to The Pageant of Brides both my wedding dress and Hatties as well as others I [knew]? [illegible].
