Wednesday March 7- 1934 I slept well. We were in Kentucky when I went in to breakfast. A lady across the aisle from me who lives near Chicago pleasant company. To bed early Thursday March 8- 1934 We were in Jacksonville when it was time to get up I had breakfast in the station. sent cards to several and left at 9.30 for DeLand. Mrs Falk met me. We were out here by noon. I rested in PM. We rode to town later a beautiful day. Company here in evening. I to bed early Friday March 9- 1934 I felt quite rested began Mrs Gas table cover. Wrote Hattie early in PM. We went down town. I got myself a black bag. letter from Mattie Still. Callers in evening. Saturday March 10- 1934 It rained most of the day. I worked on Mrs Gays table cover.Wrote Mattie Still. Callers in the evening Sunday March 11- 1934 Much colder. I went to church with The Falks Miss Sucede came home with us. Mrs Setters Edith and Mrs Band here in PM. We rode down town before supper. Monday March 12- 1934 Still cool. working on the table cover. We went to town early in PM. Mr Falk with us. Letter from Hattie I rested after we came home and wrote Hattie. I went with The Falks to their card club at The Skeeles in the evening. I get The Press every day.
