Sunday October 14-1934 I went to SSs church with Ott. The Whelsterss took a ride to Dobgue? William came me soon after I had dinner. I rode to Washington Co with them. Home at six oclock. The Gays rod to Grimwall a fine day. Monday October 15-1934 I was here all day. worked some on Hatties table cover. slept awhile in the afternoon. Mrs Gay at the shope most of the day. This is Fannies birthday Tuesday October 16- 1934 a letter from Lorna this moring tells Frank Weny? is in Peerise hospital with a broken hip. I took some books back to the Library sewed in afternoon. Wednesday October 17- 1934 I was busy here all afternoon. Mrs Gay home early and did some washing . soon after dinner I walked up to meet Hattie. We went to see Will Rogers in "Judge Priest" very good. I finished Hatties table cover. Thursday October 18- 1934 I went to a Red? meeting at suishers? ber pleasant Hattie stopped here and Ott Merey n Buddy came to take us to the church supper Mrs Ga saut with us . a letter from Grace Taylor told Charlie died Oct 4 wrote Lorna Friday October 18- 1934 I was home all day. doing some sewing.
