Friday November 30, 1934 It snowed last night and kept it up most of today. I was busy with various things getting ready to go tomorrow. Mrs. Gay at the shop most of the time. Letter from Mabel Mason. Saturday December 1, 1934 William came to take me to the station this morning. The train was two hours late. Winnie met me. Mr Herriott and Emma had been there but could not stay so long. We went out on the [ebroted] and got a taxi from there. A pleasant evening with Winnie. Sunday December 2, 1934 We did not try to go to church. Did some telephoning, read some and late in the afternoon the Dinsec came to take me a ride. No snow here. Wrote Hattie. Monday December 3, 1934 It was drizzling rain most of the forenoon. I phoned Emma and found she expected us down town. We spent a couple of hours with her. It was dark when we got home. The Levagoods are in Oklahoma. Tuesday December 4, 1934 The weather was fairly good. We went down town in time to go to a picture show before lunch. Saw "We Live Again". After lunch went to Fields where I did some writing and looked through the 3rd floor some. Got home at four o'clock. A letter from Hattie tells that Birdie as well as the Jellisons got started home Saturday. Evening visiting Winnie.
