Saving...
August 12th 1920 It rained last night. Hattie prepared supper to have Otts family here for supper. I attended to frying chickens on my stove after I had my sleep. I wrote a long letter to Lydia in afternoon. Friday August 13th 1920 I talked with Lorie most of forenoon. Hattie went to Mrs Barnes funeral and Edith to town. I went back with Rob after dinner. Paid bill at Thomas and Strohs. Was at Dr Smiths office and went down to Ott and took a ride with him and Fannie. LeGrand drove. Letter from Nellie B. Letter from Winnie Laurence. Saturday August 14th 1920 I was sewing all forenoon. Soon as we had dinner we all rode an hour with Rob in new car. Later an hour with LeGrand. I had a letter from Mrs Falk. Evening at home. Sunday August 15th 1920 Hattie & Edith went to church. I wrote to Mrs Falk. Soon after dinner I went with Ott and family for a ride to Wellman. Fannie was not able to take so long a ride so rode with The Whetstones for a little while. Evening at home. Monday August 16th 1920 There was a big washing to do today. Cora went to the store.
