Saturday February 23rd 1924 I wrote to Fannie, Ida and Mrs McBride before we went down town. I was at Pickens awhile. We called over at Mr Nottings new place across the lake. I had a letter from Fannie. Ott is better. The expense of my trip was $46.30. Sunday February 24th 1924 Went to S S and The Baptist Church. Had dinner and late to Science Lecture. Mr & Mrs Cleveland called later. Monday February 25th 1924 I was working on bead bag in AM. Mrs Falk and I went to town for things after early dinner. She had a party of 14 ladies later. very pleasant. read papers in evening. Tuesday February 26th 1924 It rained hard most of the day. I worked on my bag. Mr & Mrs Falk went down for the mail late in afternoon. Wednesday February 27th 1924 Mrs Falk went down town in AM. I worked on bag and wrote to Hattie. It has stopped raining and is cooler. We were down in PM. I called at Pickens. To Science meeting in evening. Letter from Ott with papers to sign. Thursday February 28th 1924 Mrs Falk took me to town to sign papers and send in a letter to Ott. I worked on the bead bag and read in afternoon. Friday February 29th 1924 I knit in forenoon. Went down town early and out to The Junction to order reservation. Then to the picture show of The Courtship of Miles Standish. We did not like it. I had a letter from Hattie and Winnie Laurence.
