Friday September 19th 1924 It rained all day. Was at home. Wrote Birdie and Lizzie Duncan in AM. Sewed some for myself. Had letter from Laura. I will go over there soon. Wrote to her and Lizzie Lindley I eve. Saturday September 20th 1924 I went to town in AM. Did a number of errands and went home with Rob to dinner. Hattie and I came down town in street car and she went on over to Otts where she stayed till after supper. Cora came for her. I went to a picture show and home in the bus. Sunday September 21st 1924 I went to church with Ott and was taken into The Presbyterian church by letter. The wind blew a perfect gale all afternoon, much cooler. We rode up to Hatties and to bid Mary Anderson Cox good-bye. Wrote L D L. Monday September 22nd 1924 I wrote Laura had letter from L D L. Ride to town with Ott after dinner. Took Jennie Sterritt to store and selected a rug for her. Came back in Bus to Orie Spencers. Took ride before supper. Tuesday September 23rd 1924 Wrote Mattie Stitt & Laura. Washed dress. I rode to town and back in Bus to do errands. At two oclock the men came to get the rest of my things from the old house I gave to Jennie. She came over. It seemed good to get back in the old house. Ott, Fannie and I rode down to Stevens for [mats?] before supper. Fannie & Jena cleaned garret.
