Butter-Cups Equal parts of butter & molasses boil until it will harden in water Pour on buttered tins and cut in squares. Sour milk biscuit Mix 1 qt of sifted flour with 1 teaspoon of salt & 1 soda Rub into this 1 large tablespoon of butter Stir into this enough sour milk to make a soft dough.
