Mrs. Heller Ginger Cookies A teaspoon of soda 1/4 cup of hot water 3 large tablespoons of fat 1 cup molasses Repeat this over & make as mush as you wish Add flour to roll out Ginger teaspoonful & salt. Frozen Strawberry Dainty To 1 qt strawberry add 1 cup sugar - mash, and when sugar is dissolved press through cheese-cloth. Add equal amount of cream & more sugar if needed. Freeze in 3 parts ice and 1 part rock salt.
