Saturday April 13th 1918 Rob brought us out home with all our things. Cora and Hattie came for the ride. We both worked around most of the day. I got things unpacked and a little cleaning done. Will cleared of the garden. After supper I went down town. I saw Dr Smith and got some medicine. Sunday April 14th 1918 I slept all right and not nearly so serious today. Was busy about the house most of the day. Will put is ice in the morning. I wrote Lydia. I read in the evening. Monday April 15th 1918 I did a little cooking and put is some time cleaning up stairs. I was out in the yard with Will too. Tuesday April 16th 1918 I baked some bread today with rice in it (not good). I swept the lower story, did dusting and mopped the front porch. They took a bath and was dressed before Hattie came at 4:30. Rob came for her at ten oclock. Wednesday April 17th 1918 It was a showery day. I went down to the store in the AM to get floor and other things. At 5:39 I went down town Was at The Library for books. Got some lunch and went to The [Englent?] to see "Mary Pickford" in Stella Moris. Home at 9:45. Thursday April 18th 1918 I was busy in the kitchen part of the forenoon. We get up so very late. I did some sewing in afternoon. Fixed yoke in Wills night shirt. weather a little more pleasant.
