Thursday April 24th 1919 Home all forenoon. went to town with Rob & Hattie. I did some errands. Sent the Republican to Lizzie Lindley for a year. wrote her. Took another treatment and home at 5 oclock with the folks. Friday April 25th 1919 Home all forenoon. finished Lydia's lace. wrote a card and sent the lace. was down to see Fannie in afternoon. she is till in bed. Saturday April 26th 1919 I went to town with Rob & Hattie after dinner. Did some errands and took treatment. I went the cemetery in the street car. The lot is in good order. Dear Wills grave all level with the sod on it. Of the agony to know he is there. After supper I went down to Otts. came jist at night past the spot where Will passed away. Grieved all the evening. Sunday April 27th 1919 Did not get up till noon. a rainy day. Ott & Fannie had to come up here as the sewer was out of fix. Fannie in bed most of the day. I felt wretched. In pain most of the day. Monday April 28th 1919 weather still gloomy. I fixed a table cloth for Hattie in the AM. wrote a long letter to Cousin Jen in afternoon. Fannie 'in bed all day. a card from Ida says they reached Philadelphia on time and stood the trip very well. Tuesday April 29th 1918 Still raining. Fannie in bed. I spent a wretched day. When I took my watch out to wind it last night I found Wills ring taken from his finger after he died had been taken. It was the only thing gone. we were all away Saturday.
