Wednesday January 17th, 1912 I was busy all evening with the work. Lorie went home at 10.15. I went down at 2.15 and up to Aunt Libs for a visit. Then over home for awhile and down home with Fannie for supper. Came home at 8.30. William came over to the track with me. Weather a little warmer. Thursday January 18th 1912 It was colder again today. I washed some more things and sewed in the afternoon. I read a book all evening. Friday January 19th 1912 I ironed and got the dinner. I went downtown at 1.15 I did a little shopping and went up to Murphys on College St. to spend a couple of hours pleasantly. I read all the evening A letter from Lydia Saturday January 20th 1912 I was busy all evening with the regular work. Will went to town in afternoon. I was fixing a silk waist for myself We had a card from Rob & Cora they are going back to Denver. I worked at crotcheting all the evening. Sunday January 21st 1912 I was at home all day. Did some writing and in the evening finished a book that must go back to the library Monday January 22nd 1912. I went to town in the morning to get some trimming for a dressing sacque I have to make. After dinner I changed my black dress skirt some. Hattie & Lorie came out late in the afternoon and did not go home til 7:15. Hattie has such a bad cold. Weather quite cold. A card from Ida Colter wanting me to visit at North Henderson
