Tuesday September 2nd 1913 I finished a collar for Stella this morning and talked with Lydia. Soon after dinner I packed up our things and at 4:30 we went to the depot where we met Lizzie Duncan who came home with us. Had a nice trip. Went over to Hatties to stay all night. Ott & Fannie got home an hour later. Wednesday September 3rd 1913 LeGrand brought us out home in the Auto about nine oclock. The Hoffman went home at 10:15. I got dinner and in afternoon unpacked and visited with Lizzie. Thursday September 4th 1913 I was busy with the work all forenoon. I went to town soon after dinner to get some things. Will stayed to visit with Lizzie. The fair is in progress but we do not care to go. Friday September 5th 1913 I was busy all forenoon preparing things for supper. Hattie Lorie Cora Fannie & Joe Williams were out for supper and Ott & Rob came out later to go home with the girls. We had such a nice visit. weather warm and dusty. Saturday September 6th 1913 Will helped me do a lot of washing in the forenoon it was a fine day to dry them. I ironed in the afternoon so by bed time things were all put away Will was down town in the afternoon.
