Saturday December 27th 1913 I felt about the same. The folks from Robs house were over for dinner. weather not very cold but cloudy. Rob and Hattie went to meet Edith at midnight. She came all right. Sunday December 28th 1913 Hattie and Edith went to church and Otts family were all here for dinner. Will was down too. I was very uncomfortable late in the night but felt better today. We had company in afternoon. John Steves family and Lib and Floyd and Edith went home with Johns folks to stay all night. Monday December 29th 1913 I feel better than yesterday. Edith came home at noon. We all went down to Fannies to the club in the afternoon. We had a very pleasant session. Then in the evening we went over to Robs to hear Otto sing. Will here for dinner. Tuesday December 30th 1913 Edith and Will took dinner at Woolfs. He was here a little while and Edith came later and Lib Stevens came for her in the Auto with Robert and Mildred. Hattie and Lorie made calls in afternoon. The [we?] at house. Wednesday December 31st 1913 Lorie and I were home all day. Hattie called on the hill after dinner got her turkey ready and order in for tomorrow dinner. In the evening she stayed with Little Robert and let the young folks go to town to a theater. Well another year has gone by and there has been much pleasaure in it for Will & I in going about to see our family.
