Thursday July 1st 1915 [deleted text: Ott & Fannie married 28 years today] I went down town at 9:15 to meet Cora and we went down to Aunt Ellens for the day. Orrie ate dinner with us and later Mildred, Dorothy, their Mother and Ruth Mc-- came. We got home so I got out to Coralville at 6:30. It was a fine day happily spent. Friday July 2nd 1912 I did baking in forenoon. We down at 1:15. I spent the afternoon at Cora's with Dorothy & Mildred. Will came over there and we came together at 5:30. Looked at Jennie Hoffmans horse. Wrote Fannie after supper. Saturday July 3rd 1915 I was home all day. Will to town in afternoon. I finished re-working a linen duster I bought last fall when I went to Delavan. Sunday July 4th 1915 It was very cool for this date. I was busy about the house most of the forenoon and read all afternoon and evening. Monday July 5th 1915 Will about home all day. I went down to John Stevens in afternoon. We watched fire-works here in Coralville in evening. Tuesday July 6th 1915 Will went to the farm with Mr Eastland to see about the well. I did washing along. Will got back for dinner. I sewed in afternoon. weather much more pleasant. Wednesday July 7th 1915 I ironed and got dinner so I went to town at 12:15 to do a lot of errands. Later I went down to the C. R. I & P depot to see "The Liberty Bell" train. I got home at 4:30. I jist missed a heavy shower. Will came at 3:30.
