Wednesday August 25th 1915 We were busy with work all forenoon. Hattie took fried chicken to Old Ladies Home luncheon. Joe to town in afternoon to walk home with her. Will went to Coralville. Rob & Cora on long trip in Auto taking friends with them We girls to town with William and stopped at Otts awhile. Thursday August 26th 1915 Did forenoon work and visited with the girls. Hallie and Bertha went to a party at Mrs Keiths. Joe in the country with Otts folks in afternoon. I wrote Lydia and visited with Mollie. Will & I rode in the evening with Rob & Cora Friday August 27th 1915 I was busy most of the day with the work. Did some picking up around the yard in forenoon. A man came and fixed the pipe in afternoon so the water could not get in cellar. Cora had Ann DeSellen Griffith for company. Hattie & Fannie went to P E O meeting. Saturday August 28th 1915 We were all busy in forenoon. Hattie Cora & I went down to Fannies to meet some ladies. Joe went to meet her neice from Chicago. We got supper for the girls when we got home. Sunday August 29th 1915 We were busy all forenoon with the dinner. Will & I went for a ride with Otts folks down to Riverside. Hattie and the William girls went to Mordoffs for supper. Their neice went with Rob & Cora to Muscatine. Will & I had supper alone. They all got home early
