Thursday October 14th 1915 Sewed some today. At dinner time I got sick with gas from the stove. The girls were all away in afternoon. I did some work out of doors. Rode with Rob in evening and went to picture show "Blue Grass." Friday October 15th 1915 Fannies birthday. Hattie down there for dinner. I went down awhile in afternoon. weather pleasant. In evening Hattie Cora and I went to picture show of "Vanity Fair." Saturday October 16th 1915 I walked to town with Will and went up to Coralville at 10:30. After going up to the house awhile met Anna Denton, Julia Curtis, Mollie & Lib, Hattie & Fannie at Mrs Robinsons where we spent a delightful day. Home at 4:15. The other girls went up town. Big football game going to see the crowd. Evening at home. Sunday October 17th 1915 It rained most of the day. I got the dinner. Hattie went to church. Wrote letters in afternoon. Read in evening. It was the last day of lot sale. There were only a few people over to look. Monday October 18th 1915 The girls washed in forenoon. Hattie went to Shakespeare Club. I did my ironing. We all went out where the drawing for the lot was at 5 oclock. A Mr. Musiah got it. No one we know. Tuesday October 19th 1915 Hattie did her ironing and went to an all day meeting of The Aid Society. I baked a cake and got the dinner. I did some fancy work in afternoon and read some Will about the place. We spent the evening at home. The girls getting ready to go to Keokuk tomorrow.
