Thursday March 27th 1902 It was a pleasant warm day again. I had churning and cake baking in hand. Will was down town in the morning and went back in the afternoon to take Mother some oats. I went down to Woolfs for the afternoon. Friday March 28th 1902. I did a little sewing in the morning before time to get dinner. I went down town in the afternoon and stopped at home a little time. It was a nice day. Mollie went home tonight. Will at home all day. Saturday March 29th 1902 I was at home all day and finished my skirt and done some other sewing. Ott was out in the forenoon wtih the men to locate the R.R. Will went in to talk with them in the afternoon and they came out again before night and looked at another route. Sunday March 30th 1902 I was busy about the house most of the forenoon and read all the afternoon and evening. Mollie came back tonight. It has been a cold Easter. There was snow in the afternoon. Monday March 31st 1902 I did not do much but the work. I did not feel very well. I have taken a cold. Will to town in afternoon. weather still cold and wintry.
