To cure a cald head Take [illegible] fresh butter [quantity] of Roman vitterell [quantity] of white [hilliber?] [quantit] of the best Tobacco make it into an ointment. and soe anoint the head To cure the clap Take Ext. Rud. make it up with a dram of Mer. Sal. make it up into pills. Take two at night and 3 in ye morning. For a Swelling in ye yard Take mallows Leves and boile them with frish greswse and soe make a poultis
