For a woman in Labor Pul. Cinnamon 1 [oz?] Pul. Amber [2 oz?] mingle it with eight spoonfuls of claret. wine and so let her drink it A drink for a hot feaver Spring water and red rose water - an. one pint and half ye juyce of 3 limons. White Sugar candy [illegible] mi them together and give yr patient. Six or eight spoonfulls at a time often in ye day and night For Stopping of ye [Urine?] the shells of Quick Snails wash them and dry them clean and beat them to powder take a pretty Quantity in white wine
