76 then take a quantity of white vinegar mingle all these together and drink thereof morning and night a spoonfull at a time nine days together and yu shall be whole. There is no medicine more excellent then this when ye sore doth appear then to take a cock chick or pullet and let ye rumb be bare and hold ye rump to ye sore and it will labour for life and in ye end die then take another and doe ye same and when e poyson is out the chick will live. Mr. [Winlour?] proved this upon one of his own children. Ye thirteenth chick died ye fourteenth lived and ye party was cured.
