heath sweat morning and Evening three ounces of ye juyce of Sorrel mixed with an Ounce of Conserve of sorrel and so use to eat and drink whatsoever is comfortable for ye heart also if one take ye quantity of a pea of the said Electuary with some good wine it shall keep him from the infection therefore when one is sick in ye house of the plague then so soon as you can give give all ye whole household some of this receipt to drink and his keeper also and it shall preserve them - from ye infection yet keep ye whole from ye sick as much as you can beware of the clothes and bed yt the, sick party did sweat in/
