A verse yt was said when ye prince of wales came to Amesbury Hail high and mighty prince of great brittania Ile I hope yt fourtune 3 fill will on you smile And make you great a great and mighty king That all the world may of your Valour ring And make all haughty monarch for to dread And pay obedience to youre Crowned head That so in peace you Ever may Lay down And after death receave a heavenly Crown This verse was made by Dr. Smith a man yt so as very poor and for yt reason no body took any notice of him but had he been rich he would have been respected by Every one
