46th Sunday April 7th 1872 It took all the forenoon to do up the work I read some and wrote a letter to Cousin Jennie Walked around in the lot awhile Mr Huebner was over and spent the eve did not go to church it seemed too cold I am so tired of being sick and having to stay in the house so close I wont do it next week. Charlie went to Mr Fosburys funeral, did not come home tonight Monday April 8th 1872 I helped about the washing and the work in the afternoon Mrs Middleton and [Tenie?] Bishop were over they stayed till after supper I dont feel so well tonight went to bed early. Weather pleasant Tuesday April 9th 1872 I ironed this morning and talked to Arth Folsom who was in here most of the forenoon After dinner I dressed and went to town called at Em [Cannotts?], Sades but did not find her at home was into the store took supper at Mrs Middletons and Mr Huebner called there for me to go to the slight of hand performance enjoyed it very well. Saw the Dr this afternoon he gave me some more medicine.
