62nd had been to supper so I had to get him and I some He stayed with us tonight I wrote a note to Mr Huebner this morning Sunday May 19th 1872 This has been a very cold and disagreable day it took most of the forenoon to do up the work and get dinner. We had not got the dishes washed when Mr Huebner came to take me out driving. We went down to Lizzie and called to see his Mother. I was at home in time to help about the supper Attended the Universalist church tonight the text was Romans 13.12 The night is far spent the day is at hand. Wrote to Pete. Monday May 20th 1872 Did most of the washing myself and after I finished I cleaned up all the back part of the house. Mrs Folsom was here a few moments this evening It has been a nice day. Went to bed early tonight. Mr Palmer came home with Charlie tonight Tuesday May 21st 1872 I did the ironing this morning while Mother did the house work. In the afternoon we went to town got the paper for the middle room and selected that for the parlor Mr Huebner sent me a box of strawberries
