84th Tuesday July 23rd 1872 Today I am twenty one, I helped do the work in the forenoon. After dinner I dressed and went to town had a note from Mr Huebner, met him on the street and went up to see his Mother Then he walked home with me and stayed till after supper and spent the evening. him and I went over to Mollie's a few moments. Wednesday July 24th 1872 I did not feel very well consequently did not do much work sewed a very little. Had a letter from Pete written in in Mansfield. I took a horse back ride this afternoon when I was coming home I met Mr Fletcher who had been after me to take a buggy ride he came back to the house with me and then we rode down to Jim McCollisters. Thursday July 25th 1872 I sewed some today in the afternoon Mother and I picked over and put up some currents Mr Huebner sent us over some peaches the first of the season they were very good Wrote some to Pete tonight. It rained this morning
