121st Saturday November 16th 1872 Early this morning Frank Fletcher came over and told us that Grand-ma Folsom was dead. Mother went right over there and stayed till noon Hattie and I were busy doing the work In the afternoon Mother went to town and Hattie went to Billingsleys In the evening I was running some embroidery did not go to bed very early. Sunday November 17th 1872 Did not get up so very early. helped do the morning work. Hattie and Winnie went over to Fletchers. In the afternoon Rob and I went We stopped at Folsoms as we came home. And Arth came home with us It has been a cold day I wrote to Mr Huebner and Cousin Ira. Monday November 18th 1872 I walked out to school this morning and the boys went with me. I had several new scholars today Went back to Stevens to board I knit on my stocking all the evening This has been a clear cold day the roads are most excellent
