157th nearly night. I had a letter from Mr H_ today he can not possibly come down tonight The young folks all went of to society again tonight. Sunday March 23rd 1873 We got the work done up pretty early and the girls went to S.S. School. I wrote to Mr Huebner and helped with the dinner and then went down to Robinsons. Lizzie came home with me and after awhile Scott came after her. In the eve I wrote a little and went to bed early. Monday March 24th 1873 I walked to school this morning and Lee came after me in the evening it was fearful cold I almost froze coming home. In the evening I sewed some. And Harry Sperry was here and they made out the programme for the exhibition. It was real pleasant this morning but the afternoon and evening was decidedly stormy. Tuesday March 25th 1873 It stormed so I could not go to school at all today. I sewed all day on the machine and was Oh so tired tonight I finished my skirt and fixed one for Hattie and Winnie A letter from J.J.H.
