164th Thursday April 17th 1873 It is still stormy I did not attempt going to school today I believe I will not teach the remaining day. Mr Huebner came today. He took supper and spent the evening with us. Mollie and Jim came over and we had a pleasant time. The Girls are still here. Friday April 17th 1873 It cleared of today but as it was so muddy I did not go to school. I made out my report and sent it with a note to Mr Barnes. The girls went home today I did not do much of any thing but help Mother do the house-work. Mr Huebner spent the evening with me. Saturday April 18th 1873 I helped do the work this forenoon and as soon as I had my dinner I dressed and went to town I did some shopping got goods like my brown dress to have a waist made and a few other trifles. I took supper at Esthers and Mr Huebner called for me to go to Ladies Society. After that adjourned We went to the Social in the Chapel, spent the evening very pleasantly indeed, a warm day,
