171st got the work done up. I went down to Robinsons When I got home supper was ready after I ate my supper I went over to town it was dark before I got home and Sadie and Mr Burkhart came with me. They stayed a few moments and as soon as they went away I went to bed. Wednesday May 14th 1873 Mother and Grand-ma went to town early this morning and Lizzie came up to spend the day with me. I did not feel at all well today. Jim Stevens was here for dinner I sewed a little in the afternoon and practiced in the evening. Thursday May 16th 1873 Mother went to town this morning and I did up the work and got the dinner Charlie Corwine came up to stay all night In the afternoon I went over to Sallie's had a very pleasant visit did not get home dark. I recieved a letter from Mr Huebner and wrote to him in the evening. Friday May 16th 1873 I put in the whole day painting got one coat on the kitchen and Charlies room and both rooms up stairs. Winnie and Hattie went to a picture
