190th Saturday August 9th 1873 Mother and I went to town in the buggy this forenoon. I had a letter from Lou. We had so many errands that it was nearly noon before we got home Emma Moore was here with Hattie. After dinner I went over to Folsoms and spent the afternoon. got me a new hat today. Sunday August 10th 1873 It has been a very warm day. Mother and Charlie went to the valley. Hattie and I did not get but two meals today. I wrote to Mr Huebner and to Winnie. It was after night before Mother got home. Monday August 11th 1873 We washed and ironed both today. Grand-ma and Grand-pa were both here for dinner today and Mother went to town with them. Tuesday August 12th 1873 Mother and I spent the day at Mrs Johnsons north of town. I had a letter from Mr H. A wam dusty day I was glad to get home
