191st Thursday August 14th 1873 I washed a little this morning. Aunt Sarah and Uncle Will were here for dinner. Mother went to town in the afternoon and brought home a large picture of Grand-ma and Grand-pa. Hattie and I ironed. Friday August 13th 1873 Hattie went down to Aunt Marys early this morning. I helped do the work all the forenoon and sewed a little in the afternoon. Went to town after supper. Mrs Fry and Mrs Moore spent the day here. Saturday August 16th 1873 Mother went to town this morning and Hattie and I did the work and the baking and were almost through when she came home. I sewed a little in the afternoon and after supper went to town in the buggy I had a letter from Mr Huebner. Sunday August 17th 1873 I helped do the morning work and wrote a long letter to Mr Huebner. After dinner I went down to Robinsons a few moments I read some after I came home and just as we were getting supper Henry and Lizzie Mygatt came they stayed till dark. Weather cooler. I wrote all the evening.
