215th Sunday November 30th 1873. I helped do the work and get the dinner and as soon as I was through eating I took a walk down to Robinsons And did not get home from there till nearly night. Did nothing but read a little in the evening and went to bed pretty early. Charlie went to the valley and staid all night. Monday December 1st 1873. I sewed most of the day and helped some about the cooking In the evening I read some. It was quite chilly and disagreable today. We got a new stove home today to put up stairs. Had a letter from Bertie & Lillie. Tuesday December 2nd 1873. I helped do the work this forenoon and in the afternoon Hatt and I put up the stove up stairs and cleaned and regulated things generally. I was too tired to do any thing at all in the evening. I had a letter from Ira and one from Winnie today. It rained tonight. Wednesday November 3rd 1873. I did a monstrous washing this forenoon and it was so stormy I put the clothes to soak. I sewed in the afternoon, read in the evening. I had a letter from Lou Sherfey today.
