Saving...
Wednesday - March 4 Active gunnery is finished for awhile, I guess. Today we listened to lectures on gunnery theory in addition to the other ground school classes. Pretty tedious sitting in the class rooms all day long. They are beginning to really throw it at us - must begin to get on the ball a little more. Just missed by one lousy character checking out a radio today. Get another chance tomorrow. Sure hope I make it - would give me just enough extra time to do the necessary little things, such as getting an haircut, etc. Rain interrupted our ball practice this afternoon. Our prospects to date are about as dismal as the weather has been. Perhaps, we will be better than I think - lets hope so.
